In short
As a Scrum Master at ICT Group, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Agile teams in the High Tech sector. You will work on challenging projects for renowned clients in industries such as semiconductor, healthcare, and automotive.
This is what you like to do
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure they are productive and time-boxed
- Remove impediments and promote self-organization within the team
- Coach the team in Agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog
- Support the organization in its Agile transformation
Recognize yourself in this
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Possesses a Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent)
- Has knowledge of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS)
- Is familiar with the High Tech industry
- Has excellent communication and coaching skills
- Excellent skills in at least the English language and preferably in Dutch
- Living in the Netherlands
