- Vision and strategy:
o Develops a clear product vision and strategy in line with the client's business goals.
o Communicates this vision effectively to all stakeholders.
- Product Backlog:
o Creates, prioritises and manages the product backlog.
- Customer focus:
o Represents the customer within the Scrum team.
o Translates customer needs into concrete product requirements.
o Actively manages your stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
o Works closely with the development team, Scrum Master and other stakeholders.
o Facilitates collaboration and resolves blockages.
- Maximising value:
o Maximises the value of the product by making clear decisions.
Recognize yourself in this
- An Agile mindset
- At least 4 years of experience in or with Agile team
- A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
- Experience as a Product Owner
- You like to make a difference in the context you are working in
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed, brining over the ICT culture and transparent in your communication
- Stubborn and curious
- Want to keep developing, share knowledge and help shape the direction of the Agile profession
- You like to connect people and teams
- Excellent skills in at least the English language and preferably in Dutch
- In possession of a driving licence
