With an international focus on Europe, HCTS is expanding in new markets. This requires a committed and driven sales manager who guides an international team of sales colleagues in their processes and the development of their value proposition. With your knowledge of the medical device market you contribute to the growth of HCTS in Europe and the success of the company. You will work with very experienced and knowledgeable colleagues within an innovative working environment. You will be part of the management team. Moreover, you will have “freedom” in commercial actions and sales strategy.
This is what you like to do
- Leading a team of 15 people and expanding
- Guides, coaches and leads teams and its members to the achievement of their personal and functional goals.
- Acts as a role model and sets the meet required standard.
- As part of the overall strategy;
- Develops and implements effective plans for the business,
- Manages all aspects of the sales process
- Leads team toward sustainable growth.
- Define personal and business objectives for the countries and individual people
- Preparing monthly sales reporting and forecasting
- Supports in the yearly budget process
- Sales driven team manager
- Existing network in Healthcare / medical devices is a must
- You know your customers, such as hospitals, governments, insurance companies and private clinics
- Pre = data management knowledge
- Languages: Dutch and English mandatory and French a plus
- CRM experience
- Corporative in the field
