The Project / Process Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects and process improvement initiatives within a program environment. This role combines strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a solid understanding of data, systems, and IT environments. Acting as the key liaison between business and technical teams, the Project / Process Manager ensures that strategic objectives are translated into practical solutions and delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Ownership
- Take full ownership of assignments and projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Independently define project scope, objectives, approach, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead execution and ensure successful delivery with minimal supervision.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions and deliverables.
- Build alignment among stakeholders with diverse priorities and interests.
- Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and project governance meetings.
Data & Analytics
- Utilize data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work with data models, reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across projects and initiatives.
- Apply an understanding of IT, network, and system integration environments to support project objectives.
Systems & Network Understanding
- Understand the interaction between systems, platforms, applications, and network components.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on infrastructure, integrations, and data flows.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, analysts, and other technical specialists.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
- Independent, proactive, and highly organized approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Hier herken je jezelf in
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, consulting, program delivery, or related roles.
- Proven experience in data-driven initiatives, including analytics, reporting, and data transformation projects.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, or digital transformation environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
