Working in Sales at ICT Group

Within your team, you take ownership of your role and engage daily with both large enterprises and SMEs. You identify the right stakeholders, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings to thoroughly analyze customer needs. You then position ICT Group as the ideal partner for their digital transformation.
Your role combines relationship management and solution-oriented selling. You build your own network and maintain long-term customer relationships. Together with marketing and technical colleagues, you organize events and new propositions and translate customer needs into proposals. Whether it’s digital twins, smart factories, cybersecurity, or public mobility, ICT Group excels at delivering tailor-made solutions, enabling you to truly help customers where it matters most. This makes your sales approach very broad and gives you the freedom to think creatively.
